A Claude-powered agent that helps small and mid-sized businesses research options and draft solution designs, technical proposals and reports.
It connects to the tools your team already uses through MCP, and pauses for human review at each step, so nothing is sent or finalized without your approval.

We are a 40-person retailer. Draft a technical proposal for moving our customer support from a shared inbox to a helpdesk. Budget under $500/month. Must work with our existing email and order system.
Read the requirements doc from the shared drive. Searched vendor documentation and pricing pages. Shortlisted 3 options.
| Option | Est. cost / mo | Email + orders | Setup |
|---|---|---|---|
| Helpdesk A | $380 | Native | 1 week |
| Helpdesk B | $290 | Via API | 2 weeks |
| Self-hosted C | $120 + hosting | Custom | 4+ weeks |
Example figures for illustration only. Recommendation: Helpdesk B, best fit for budget and integration needs.
Draft is ready. Nothing has been sent. Review the sources and the draft, then choose an action.
The agent is built on Anthropic's Claude. Here is exactly where Claude is used.
We use the Claude API to understand the request, plan the work, weigh trade-offs between options and write the solution design, proposal or report.
Claude uses tools to search the web, open pages and pull the sources it needs, and it keeps a list of those sources next to the draft.
Through the Model Context Protocol, the agent connects to the client's own tools, such as documents, email and project trackers, to read context and save results.
A person reviews and approves each step. Nothing is sent, shared or finalized until someone on your team signs off.
Four steps, from request to approved document.
The agent gathers context from your docs and searches for options, citing every source.
It compares the options on cost, fit and risk, and recommends one with its reasoning.
It writes the solution design, technical proposal or report in your format.
You review, edit and approve. Only then is it saved or sent through your connected tools.
MIKAKA Business Agent is in active development and early pilots. It is not yet generally available. We are working with a small number of businesses to shape it, and we would like to hear from teams that write proposals and reports often.
Tell us what kind of proposals or reports your team writes, and which tools you use.
