Consulting, development, pilot and other client services, and access to any client workspace, are provided under a separate written agreement or order. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for those services.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to it or to any client area, interfering with its operation, scraping it in a way that burdens our systems, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
The Site and its content, including text, design and logos, are owned by MIKAKA AI or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business purposes, but may not copy or reuse the content for other purposes without our permission. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
Our products use AI models that can produce inaccurate or incomplete output. AI-generated drafts, research and recommendations should be reviewed by a qualified person before they are relied on, sent or acted upon.
